4 Weeks Free – New Enrolments

Terms & Conditions.

  1. 4 Weeks Free Offer: Applied based on the child’s regular weekly booking. e.g., enrol for 3 days/week, receive 3 days/week free for 4 weeks.
  2. Enrolment Requirements: Families must commit to a minimum permanent booking of 3 days/week and maintain enrolment for at least 8 weeks (Minimum Term).
  3. Application: The free weeks are applied in the 9th–12th weeks of enrolment directly to guardians.
  4. Family accounts must be fully paid and up to date at the redemption date.
  5. Exclusions:
    • Not valid with other discounts or promotions.
    • Not available to families receiving Additional Childcare Subsidy.
    • Only for new family enrolments.
    • Returning families active within the last 6 months are ineligible.
  6. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  7. If enrolment ends before the Minimum Term, the 4 free weeks are forfeited and any outstanding balance must be paid.
  8. Offer subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the Centre’s discretion; previously redeemed offers remain valid.
  9. How to Redeem: Mention the “4 Weeks Free Promotion” and where you heard about it (e.g., word of mouth, digital screen, website, Instagram) during enrolment.

Referral Promotion – Share the Experience

When an enrolled family refers a new family who successfully enrols:

  • New family: 4 weeks free care
  • Referring family: 2 weeks free care

Conditions

  • New family: As per the terms and conditions in our “4 Weeks Free – New Enrolments” promotion

    For existing referring families
  • Minimum booking of 2 days per week
  • The 2 free weeks care matches the attendance pattern at the time the new family enrolled
  • The attendance pattern must not change from the start of care for the new family for 8 consecutive weeks
  • Free care is applied on week 9 and week 10
  • If the new family do not satisfy their terms and conditions neither families will receive free care
  • Referrals must be declared at enrolment
  • Accounts must be fully paid and up to date

Exclusions

  • Staff families
  • Sibling referrals
  • ACCS recipients
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
